I also faced the same problems as you. At that time I did not have the intelligence as you know to post questions like you so I broke that phone.
You can do a soft reset with the LG K10 off and the battery charged by simultaneously pressing the Volume - (lower) and Power keys. However, I'm not sure whether this would fix your issue. Release the Power button as soon as the LG logo displays, then fast press it again till Soft Reset appears.
Use the volume keys to choose Yes and the Power button to confirm to do the Hard Reset on this screen. Select the Yes option on the confirmation screen, then confirm with Power. https://stickmanfighter.online
Wait for the procedure to be completed so that the phone may be reset to its factory settings.
